A quote is based on the opening as measured on site. If conditions behind the tile differ from what was visible, we will explain the difference in writing before proceeding.
Custom cut and tempered glass is non-returnable. Dimensions are confirmed with you in writing before the order is placed.
Install dates depend on glass lead time, typically 7 to 12 business days for standard panels and longer for specialty glass.
We warranty our installation workmanship. Glass and hardware carry the manufacturer warranty. Damage from impact, abrasive cleaners, or improper use is not covered.
