When you call us or submit an estimate request we collect your name, phone number, email if you give one, the city or neighborhood you are in, and a description of the work you need. Our website hosting provider also records standard server logs.
We use your details to quote your job, schedule the work, and follow up on the estimate. We do not sell your information.
We share details only with the people and services needed to complete your job, such as the glass fabricator, and with service providers who host our website and handle our phone calls.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing us. We keep job records as long as needed for warranty and legal purposes.
